Parents/Guardians are advised that online registration of new first formers must be completed by Tuesday 9th July, 2024.
New first formers must register at https://QRC.edu/FirstForm
New students from forms 2 through 6 who have been granted an official transfer must please register at https://QRC.edu/TransferStudents
All new first formers, approved transfer students and their parents/guardians must attend the College on Wednesday 10th July, 2024 from 8:00 AM to noon for document verification, issuance of College photo ID, and a Plenary Meeting.
All new registrants must ensure that the following documents are in hand on the day:
- Original birth certificate
- Immunization card
- Four (4) passport size photos
- SEA placement slip

Orientation for all new students will be on Friday 30th August, 2024 at 9:00 am at the College.

External applicants for sixth form places are asked to complete and submit the following form to the Queen's Royal College Main Office by MONDAY 28th AUGUST, 2023. The form must be accompanied by a copy of your CXC results slip.
