QUEEN’S ROYAL COLLEGE OLD BOYS’ ASSOCIATION

NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the above Association will be held at Queen’s Royal College at 5:00pm on Friday 28th May, 2010 for the following purposes:

  1. To receive the report of the Management Committee and the Audited Financial Statements for the period ended July 31, 2008 together with the Auditor’s Report thereon.
  2. To appoint Auditors.
  3. To appoint the Management Committee for the term 2010-2011.
  4. Any other Business.
