NOTICE
Special Meeting of Association
In accordance with its current bye-laws, the Queen’s Royal College Old Boys’ Association announces a Special General Meeting on Wednesday 10th March, 2010 at 5:00pm at Queen’s Royal College, Maraval Road, Port of Spain to:
- consider and approve changes to the structure and bye-laws of the Association so as to implement its strategic mission and vision, and
- agree to the following Resolution:
RESOLUTION
“Be it resolved that the QRC OBA approve and implement the amendments proposed to the bye-laws and the restructuring proposed therein.”
