QRC Graduation Ceremony ’07

A QRC Graduation Ceremony was held at the Cascadia Hotel Ballroom this week. Feature speakers included Javier Forrester, Deputy Head Boy and Class Valedictorian, and Wendell Raeburn, QRC graduating class of 1984.
