One of the initiatives to raise funds for the Global Young Leaders Conference is Dress Down Day. Students pay TT$5 not to wear the school uniform on that day. This year, the teachers turned the tables on the students and they wore the uniform instead… or some facsimile thereof as you will see from the pictures. According to Principal William J. Carter, “Much fun was had by alll.. don’t know how much work got done!!

An annual precursor to QRC’s sports day, the One Savannah Lap race is one of the events in which there is broadest participation at the school.

This year’s edition took place on Friday 3rd February, 2007 and saw 400+ teachers and students representing their respective houses. As usual, Principal William J. Carter uploaded photos of the event taken by the College’s “Camera Crew” to Picasa Web Albums at http://picasaweb.google.co.uk/william.reginabjc/ SelectionSavannaRun07.
